Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for our web pages, blog posts, internal guides, and external publications
• Lead recruitment marketing content development, including job ads, career page updates, and campaign materials
• Help develop training content and onboarding materials to support new hires and internal upskilling
• Draft technical content and documentation in partnership with product and engineering teams
• Leverage AI tools to ideate, draft, or scale content—but ensure high editorial quality in final outputs
• Audit and improve content usability, accuracy, and tone across platforms
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional content projects with marketing, HR, and other teams
• Promote best practices in content development and guide peers on effective writing
