Summary

Join Language Services Associates (LSA) as a Contract Administrator, reporting to the Manager of Compliance, Contracting, and Credentialing. You will play a key role in managing contracts and client-related contractual activities. Responsibilities include facilitating agreement redlines, drafting new agreements, ensuring system updates, liaising with clients, providing weekly status reports, and creating monthly reports. This position requires regulatory/accreditation experience, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and 3 years of experience in contracts or a legal/paralegal role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Requirements

  • Previous regulatory/accreditation experience
  • Knowledge of laws and/or regulations in area of compliance (HIPAA, CMS, TJC, etc.)
  • 3 years' experience in contracts, or in a legal/paralegal capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate redlines of agreements
  • Draft new agreements
  • Ensure all systems are up to date with current agreements/requirements and templates
  • Liaise with clients during the contract process to review terms and conditions prior to VP of Contract Compliance approval
  • Provide summary to Compliance Manager weekly on agreements under review and status
  • Tag agreements for special terms and conditions and note for contract specialist to input in Contract Management system
  • Report to Compliance Manager additional contractual obligations (clearances etc.) as per contractual and/or regulatory requirements
  • Approve AC verification tasks to ensure correct configuration based on contractual obligations
  • Create monthly reports of special contractual terms and conditions for VP of Contract Compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned
