Senior Copilot Engineer-Gen AI & Extensibility Solutions

Summary

Join our consulting company as a Microsoft 365 Sr. Copilot Engineer and play a key role in creating tailored solutions for clients and driving successful engagements. You will be responsible for architecting and delivering solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, and extensibility. This role demands both technical expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture and strong communication skills to explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals and act as a trusted advisor for clients. The position involves designing high-level architectures, developing product demonstrations, showcasing thought leadership, ensuring technical solution alignment, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. This is a remote position available to US and Canada residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and experience building AI solutions preference to M365 Extensibility
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot extensibility, Azure AI, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform
• Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative technical solutions. Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills
• Ability to create compelling business cases, demonstrating ROI and strategic value for clients investing in Microsoft 365 and AI technologies

Responsibilities

• Design high-level architectures for Generative AI and Copilot Extensibility solutions within Microsoft 365, showcasing the potential for productivity enhancements and operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions and technical documentation that highlight the value of M365 Copilot
• Develop live demos of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and custom extensibility solutions
• Customize demo environments to demonstrate specific use cases, helping potential clients visualize the benefits of Microsoft 365 Copilot in their unique business context
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops to build the company’s reputation as a leader in Microsoft 365 and Generative AI solutions
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, creating whitepapers, case studies, and best practices that demonstrate the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot in various industries
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft’s advancements in Copilot, Generative AI, and extensibility, advising both clients and internal teams on the latest capabilities
• Work closely with the delivery team to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with the client’s existing architecture and technology stack
• Identify potential technical risks and challenges during the presales phase, collaborating with internal experts to propose mitigations and solutions
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and identify target client segments for Microsoft 365 Copilot services
• Support marketing efforts by providing technical content for brochures, case studies, blog posts, and other collateral that showcases successful implementations and best practices
• Participate in internal sales training sessions to educate team members on Microsoft 365 Copilot features, AI capabilities, and the company’s unique value proposition

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate, are a plus
