The job is for an experienced tech-focused lawyer to lead a commercial law practice within Invisible, a hyper-growth tech-enabled service company. The role involves leading commercial transactions, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Deep Knowledge: Deep expertise in technology law, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of the technology sector and emerging trends
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead legal strategy and manage high-stakes projects effectively
• Personal Attributes: Good person, strategic thinker, strong executive presence
• Exceptional Communication and Instructional Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate complex transactions and expertly provide innovative legal solutions in a dynamic environment
• Industry Insight: Comprehensive knowledge of the tech-enabled services sector
• Minimum 7+ years experience in commercial law and experience working on high value contracts with Fortune 100 companies on a global scale. Ideal candidates will have a blend of law firm and tech sector experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Transactions: Advise and negotiate all of the commercial transactions with SME - Fortune 10 clients
• Strategic Thinking: Provide in-depth legal counsel and strategic guidance on complex technology transactions
• Cross-functional Champion: Work with all necessary stakeholders across functions such as sales, finance, and operations
• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and advise on compliance with technology-related regulations and standards
