Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, structured lending, or related credit investing roles
• Demonstrated proficiency in credit structuring, legal documentation, and transaction mechanics
• Highly analytical, with fluency in financial modeling, credit metrics, and legal-contract interpretation
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
• Exceptional attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership over work product
