Requirements
- Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
- 7-10 years of experience in project management
- Expertise in project management tools, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- 2-5 years of experience leading/mentoring other Customer Success Managers or other relatable personnel
- Some experience supporting DoD Customers through various IT modernization efforts
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to handling challenges
- Ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and motivate team members towards project success
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret relevant data to make informed decisions
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with government clients to understand project objectives, scope, and requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates
- Manage project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Actively engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective contingency plans as necessary
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely reports to senior management and clients
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, compliance standards, and government policies
- Continuously evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
