Summary

Join Enode's Strategic Accounts team as a Senior Customer Success Manager and lead efforts with major clients. Manage a portfolio of high-priority customers, collaborating with various teams to ensure retention and expansion. Own the post-sales cycle, from development to scaling, and contribute to building the CS function. Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance customer experience. Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience e.g., from early-stage CS at a fast-growing start-up, or applicable experience from management consulting (i.e. with start-up, technology or energy focus)
  • You enjoy working in a customer-facing role and have strong client hands, communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with at all levels of an organization
  • You have a start-up mindset, with the drive, ambition and passion to build a globally important climate-tech business. Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity
  • You’re entrepreneurial and energized by building something new from the ground up. You’re motivated to grow faster or achieve more than a traditional career might allow, and you're ready to dive in, take ownership, and do whatever it takes to make it happen
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a first principles thinker
  • You have the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small portfolio of high priority customers, typically working closely with both senior management and their product- and development teams. You’ll be the overall responsible for retention and expansion for your accounts, but will work together with other account team members such as Customer Engineers, Account Executives, Enode Product teams and more
  • Owning the full post-sales cycle for your accounts - from product development to launch to scaling and expanding, including testing new CS strategies and approaches to increase our customer impact
  • Building the Customer Success function within Enode. As a start-up, we are still early in our journey and you will be expected to help shape our strategy and ensure that we install the right processes, systems, technologies and team to be successful
  • Collaborating closely with our product teams to ensure our product evolves and meets the wants and needs of our customers
  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to improve the customer journey end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from either the energy sector and/or API products
  • Experience in product management
