Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in presales and solution architecture
  • Previous consulting experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules including CE Sales, CE Marketing and Field Service
  • Experience with enterprise CRM deployments
  • Ability and experience developing and implementing D365 solutions utilizing deployment best practices
  • Multiple full life cycle implementations
  • Experience with Dynamics on-prem to online migrations
  • Ability to architect scalable solutions to enterprise organizations with large data sets and high transaction volumes
  • Ability to solution with the customer in a pre-sales environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good business acumen and professional presence
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings when required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to craft innovative solutions for enterprise customer implementations and projects
  • Work closely with clients during the presales process to understand their business requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals leveraging D365 CE capabilities
  • Communicate with customers how our solutions can help them drive efficiency, cost savings, and growth
  • Partner with the sales team to create compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts
  • Create SOW’s for complex enterprise projects
  • Working with customers, deliver system and solution architecture and lead solution modeling workshops
  • Lead the delivery design effort to ensure what is promised in pre-sales is what is handed off to the development and testing teams

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications in D365 CE or related technologies are a plus
