• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in ETL development and data workflows

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL processes to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and up-to-date
• Build and optimize data workflows and pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Develop and manage data models that support analytics and reporting needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and best practices
• Leverage tools like dbt and Snowflake (preferred) to enhance data infrastructure and performance
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime
• Build robust ETL processes to ensure data is accurate, timely, and accessible across the organization
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable data workflows and pipelines to meet growing data demands
• Develop and maintain data models that support analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements, aligning systems with organizational goals
• Enhance the performance and efficiency of our data infrastructure by leveraging tools like dbt and Snowflake (preferred)
• Serve as a trusted advisor on data best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
