Summary

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in ETL development and data workflows
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles
- Familiarity with building scalable, automated workflows for large datasets
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and optimization
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ETL processes to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and up-to-date
- Build and optimize data workflows and pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Develop and manage data models that support analytics and reporting needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and best practices
- Leverage tools like dbt and Snowflake (preferred) to enhance data infrastructure and performance
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime
- Build robust ETL processes to ensure data is accurate, timely, and accessible across the organization
- Drive the design and implementation of scalable data workflows and pipelines to meet growing data demands
- Develop and maintain data models that support analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements, aligning systems with organizational goals
- Enhance the performance and efficiency of our data infrastructure by leveraging tools like dbt and Snowflake (preferred)
- Serve as a trusted advisor on data best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
