Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience
- Possess expertise in Google Cloud, Data Science, ML, AI prompt engineering, and dashboarding
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize data pipelines, AI-driven workflows, and BI solutions
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrate strong expertise in BigQuery, SQL optimization, and DBT
- Show proficiency in Kafka, Cloud Composer / Apache Airflow for orchestration
- Be hands-on with IAM, Data Catalog, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Deployment Manager)
- Utilize Dataflow, Kubernetes (GKE), Vertex AI Pipelines, and Kubeflow Pipelines
- Exhibit expertise in Python (OOP, best practices, testing: Pytest, Unittest)
- Demonstrate experience with flake8, mypy, black, SonarQube, and pre-commit hooks
- Show proficiency in Unix, Shell scripting, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Possess strong Git skills: PR handling, conflict resolution, GitOps best practices
- Be hands-on with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow
- Demonstrate strength in feature engineering, data preprocessing, model training & deployment
- Show experience with MLOps automation and ML models in production
- Demonstrate knowledge of AI prompt engineering for optimizing LLM interactions
- Show proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker for interactive dashboards
- Demonstrate experience integrating BigQuery or cloud databases into BI tools
- Demonstrate strong data modeling and visualization skills
- Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers
- Show passion for code quality, code reviews, and best practices
- Demonstrate fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess Google data engineering skills
- Be familiar with MLOps
- Have experience with Google Vertex AI pipeline
- Be familiar with CI/CD processes
