Requirements

• 4+ years of data science experience, specializing in ML (Gradient Boosting, SVM, RL, LLMs, PPO, DPO, Instruct, MCTS, etc.)
• Expert in Python, SQL, LangChain & RAG, with strong statistical and analytical skills
• M.Sc. in CS/EE/IE/DS with Thesis
• A demonstrative passion about blockchain & Web3
• Willing to work 4 hours overlap with EDT timezone (for remote European candidates)
• Willing to go to the office 3 days per week (for Tel Aviv and NYC candidates)

Responsibilities

• Build the first-ever AFI (Automated Financial Intelligence)
• Lead machine learning research to enhance DeFi security and growth
• Develop data collection strategies to analyze protocol risks, user behavior, and market trends
• Design scalable ML models for risk management, forecasting, and anomaly detection
• Collaborate with engineering & product teams to deploy models in production
• Provide actionable insights to improve DeFi security and efficiency
• Stay ahead of industry trends in ML and blockchain analytics
