Senior Data Scientist

You will be part of the Value Management Analytics team, contributing to strategic decision-making through data analysis and forecasting. Requirements

• Have +3 years of experience with Python (data analysis, pandas and numpy are a must) and SQL
• Possess strong analytical and programming skills to translate raw data into actionable insights
• Have proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Have proficiency with data visualization techniques and tools
• Possess creative problem-solving abilities
• Be able to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders in an enticing manner that encourages discussion and action
• Have strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
• Have a willingness to learn fast with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" & "get the job done" attitude
• Be interested in growing and developing new skills as well as excitement to gain exposure to various aspects of the Wellhub business
• Be able to communicate in Advanced-Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and improve analytical models focused on Time Series Forecasting and Planning
• Structure the Forecasting data
• Team up with business stakeholders to unlock Growth and Enhance Profitability
• Plan and Forecast Usage and Subscribers
• Contribute to analysis on Subscriber Pricing
• Contribute to analysis on Clients Pricing
• Contribute to analysis on Partners-Plan allocation
• Plan and Forecast main KPIs
• Conduct A/B Testing
• Translate analytical findings into real strategic recommendations and build tests to prove a concept

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with time series forecasting (frameworks such as ARIMA and python forecasting packages such as Prophet) and/or machine learning models
• Have strong business acumen with working experience side-by-side with business units. Previous knowledge in pricing and unit economics optimization is a plus
