Requirements

• Proven experience delivering impactful AI products, particularly in LLM-driven applications
• Solid background in machine learning principles, including evaluation best practices
• Proficient in Python, with experience writing production-level code that integrates with backend services (e.g., APIs, microservices)
• Familiarity with emerging LLM architectures and technologies, and the ability to align them with product goals
• Comfortable with deploying, maintaining, and monitoring machine learning models in production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with experience working in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of AI solutions that simplify healthcare navigation
• Influence cross-functional teams and roadmaps through technical expertise and value assessment
• Ensure AI products, including LLM-based agents, are accurate, scalable, and impactful in real-world applications
• Apply strong product thinking to align AI solutions with user needs, business goals, and the overall vision
• Mentor team members to maximize their impact
• Champion best practices in data science and drive the adoption of emerging architectures
