Senior Data Scientist

Summary

Join Lattice as a Senior Data Scientist and contribute to a wide range of data-related projects impacting business decisions. Partner with stakeholders in Customer Experience and Operations, leveraging data to generate insights and recommendations influencing customer strategy. You will own product-adoption metrics, assist with complex customer requests, collaborate on standardized analytics, and enhance stakeholder data fluency. You will model data, become an expert on CX challenges, and manage your quarterly roadmap. This role requires 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics within B2B SaaS, strong collaboration skills, and expertise in various data science facets.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience working in Data Science or Analytics, partnered with CX or Operations teams
• Have experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Have the ability to distill ambiguous, open-ended questions into workable problems
• Have a track record of collaboration with stakeholders
• Have expertise in facets of data science including but not limited to metric design, artificial intelligence, experimentation, and data analysis
• Have a history of successfully completing projects on time and within scope
• Have proven results designing metrics for team impact
• Be a self-starter who is excited by learning new technologies, getting your hands dirty, and creating scalable solutions
• Have a deep knowledge of SQL
• Have knowledge of Python
• Have experience with a BI tool such as Looker

Responsibilities

• Own product-adoption-related metrics and business intelligence output for the CX organization
• Assist the CX organization with complex requests from customers as they seek to better understand their end-users’ interactions with the Lattice platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create repeatable, standardized analytics that drive strategy and decision making processes
• Increase stakeholder use of data and data fluency through partnership and upskilling
• Model first- and third-party data into analytics-ready tables that can be used across the business
• Dive deep into the CX org, becoming an expert on the problems they encounter and creating scalable solutions in response
• Own and collaborate on your own quarterly roadmap
