Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data science, particularly supporting product managers and being embedded within cross-functional teams
  • Mastery of SQL and Python, with vast experience in data wrangling and working with loosely structured data. Strong interest and expertise in AI and NLP are crucial
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering tangible impact through data analytics and modeling. A high ownership mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset, driven to ideate and seize opportunities
  • Effective communicator who thrives as an empathetic and collaborative teammate. Committed to continuous learning and displays agility in adapting to evolving challenges

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships through active research, listening to understand the problems that products and business units aim to solve
  • Leverage technical skills to identify areas where data can solve business problems, such as assessing new product opportunities and collaborating with the Machine Learning team to develop MVPs
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout all data science initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the broader Data team to ideate and co-develop innovative solutions, driving efficiency and scalability in our products
  • Engage in the development and enhancement of emerging products, applying machine learning and data science expertise effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with scaling companies is advantageous
  • Familiarity with professional services (finance, law, compliance) and B2B SaaS is a plus
