Summary
Join SureCost as a Senior Data Scientist and collaborate with the VP of Engineering and Founder to shape the future of our AI-driven solutions. You will develop predictive analytics features, leverage generative AI, and take ownership of features from ideation to deployment. This role requires strong collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams. The estimated salary range is $170k-$195k/year, plus an annual bonus.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as a data scientist or in a related role, with a proven track record in building and deploying data-driven solutions
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly
- Proficiency in scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Familiarity with big data frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience designing and implementing data pipelines to support analysis and model training
- Demonstrated ability to leverage current generative AI platforms for innovative solutions
- Strong ownership and initiative with a drive to learn new technologies
- Excellent planning, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP of Engineering and Founder to define and implement the companyβs AI roadmap
- Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models to drive actionable insights
- Design and build generative AI features to improve workflows and customer-facing applications
- Take complete ownership of features from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate AI solutions that drive business value
- Leverage data science tools and platforms to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Stay up-to-date on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with analytics platforms like Databricks
