Senior Data Scientist

You will collaborate with data scientists, reporting analysts, and cross-departmental leaders to evaluate business processes, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver innovative insights.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in developing scalable, production-level segmentation models
• Expertise in both supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques and methodologies
• Advanced understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in statistical software applications, particularly Python or R
• Experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets, focusing on user segmentation
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis, to gain valuable insights and inform the selection of relevant features to include in your clustering models
• Interact with the Marketing and Customer Insights teams to gather real user feedback to incorporate into your segmentation models
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
• Draw actionable insights from your models and interact with stakeholders to foster data-driven decisions
