Requirements

• Extensive background in e-commerce understanding supply chain for high volume consumer facing stores
• 6+ years of experience in fast paced e-commerce environments
• Startup company experience preferred
• Must have deep knowledge and experience within Snowflake/SQL
• Ability to design reports and reporting schedules to provide needed recommendations, insights, and data to technical and non-technical teams
• Exhibits a high degree of ownership
• Experience at companies with 7 figure annual user base
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights, analysis and leadership focussed on the Babylist fulfillment and operations
• Establish a discipline of visualizing, measuring and analyzing our supply chain operations
• Collaborate with product and business leaders to improve our process and ultimately our revenue generation
• Work closely with peers in product, engineering, finance and our broader leadership team to ensure that Babylist makes informed data-driven product decisions
