Senior Data Services Engineer

Summary

Join SpringWorks Therapeutics as a Senior Data Engineer and contribute to building and operating the data infrastructure for their enterprise reporting and analytics platform. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions, overseeing the DevOPs/DataOPs pipeline, and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and availability. You will work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, 7+ years of experience in enterprise-scale data integration solutions, and 5+ years of experience in designing and managing software engineering/DevOPs tools. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences data is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to design, model, develop, implement, test and deploy appropriate integration solutions within our platform using data engineering best practices and SpringWorks development standards
• Support a variety of data integration, enrichment, and master data management initiatives across enterprise scale software platforms
• Develop technical implementation plans with duration estimates; execute those plans to deliver quality solutions on time
• Oversee the design, continuous development and execution of our DevOPs/DataOPs pipeline
• Produce documentation and SOPs for peer reference and knowledge transfer
• Work with Key Stakeholders to develop and refine business requirements
• Oversee and own all change management and compliance documentation and deliverables to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, GxP, privacy or other regulatory requirements
• Responsible for daily support of data engineering jobs within the data platform
• Continual process improvement to ensure data quality, accuracy, availability, and value
• Support both internal and external analytic teams with their data requirements and needs
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Benefits

• The expected salary range for this position is $125,750.00 - $165,500.00
• Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law
• A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance
