Summary

Join GROW Inc as a Senior Data Support Specialist and contribute to disrupting the wealth management industry with DLTA, our platform built on Distributed Ledger Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all year-end annual review activities are allocated and actioned within agreed time frames, developing and managing project plans to completion, and completing tasks as assigned to assist/detect/resolve complex data-related issues across Superannuation and Managed Funds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all year end annual review activities are allocated and actioned within agreed time frames
• Ensure all annual statement activities are actioned within agreed time frames, work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes
• Develop and manage Project plans to completion
• Control all project activities on a day-to-day basis, delivering outcomes to expected quality, time and budget
• Ensure all project related activities are adequately documented and available
• Ensure inter-dependencies with other concurrent projects are identified and managed
• Ensure the project deliverables are appropriately reviewed and signed-off
• Escalate issues and risks requiring attention and or support for resolution
• Complete tasks as assigned to assist/ detect/resolve complex data related issues across Superannuation and Managed Funds and ensure all are completed within the contracted SLA’s
• Step in as needed to assist the team with Trustee/Board & Regulatory Reporting
• Completion of all regular fund related processes including fee and reconciliations reporting
• Ensure all work is completed accurately without errors (either processing or peer review)
