Senior Designer with Coding and AI Expertise

This role focuses on optimizing creative workflows, developing innovative solutions, and leveraging technology to enhance design processes and user experiences. You will leverage your technical understanding of media creation and coding skills to streamline workflows, integrate APIs, and utilize AI tools. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design background, programming skills (Python preferred), familiarity with AI, and a problem-solving mindset. Requirements

• Possess a strong sense of curiosity, an awareness of knowledge gaps, and the ability to effectively research and learn to address them
• Possess design expertise, with a good foundation in visual design, including typography, layout, and conceptual design
• Have programming skills, with experience in Python or similar languages for workflow automation, process optimization, and API integration
• Be familiar with AI concepts, tools, and platforms that support design and creative technologies
• Bring a problem-solving mindset, identifying inefficiencies and creating technical solutions to address them
• Have an educational background in Design, Design Informatics, Media Informatics, Digital Design, or Creative Technologies
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Leverage tools like automation software, AI, and scripts to streamline workflows and enhance creative outputs
• Do workflow automation, applying coding skills to optimize creative workflows, improve design efficiency, and eliminate repetitive tasks
• Develop and integrate APIs, connecting various tools and systems to ensure seamless functionality across platforms
• Apply creative problem-solving, using technological solutions to address design challenges, enhancing both output quality and productivity
• Use AI tools and platforms, integrating them into design processes to automate tasks, enhance efficiency, and personalize user experiences
• Conduct research and development, staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and experimenting with tools and methods to drive innovation
