Join Coupa Software as an Executive Support professional to provide exceptional IT support to Coupa Executive Leadership. The primary responsibility is to ensure technology needs are met and executives remain highly productive.

Responsibilities

  • Advocating for the technology needs of the executive team
  • Liaison between the Executives and IT stakeholder and coordinating changes that impact the executive team and reviewing communications
  • Support provisioning and deprovisioning of hardware, software and accounts
  • Troubleshoot, install and maintain hardware/peripherals and software issues
  • Ensure executive devices comply with IT Security guidelines
  • Provide scheduled and after-hours support, including off-site support for meetings and conferences
  • Provide onsite (office) and remote support for IT related issues as needed
  • Travel with the CEO to provide necessary IT support
  • Keep abreast with industry shifts and of advancements in technology related to the executive’s needs
  • Maintain AV hardware and assist on keeping the Zoom service in an optimal operational order
  • Facilitate execution of planned events by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a successful meeting
  • Maintain IT Asset database and stock management
  • Manage end-user devices (macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android) using endpoint management tools
