Senior Developer

Summary

Join Palta, a rapidly growing health and wellness tech platform, as a Senior Go Developer. You'll design, build, and maintain efficient code, ensuring optimal application performance. This role requires experience with AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Git/CI/CD. Requirements

• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding of the secure REST API design
• Familiarity with the Echo web framework
• Understanding Docker and Kubernetes concepts
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud computing services
• Experience with Git, CI/CD
• Experience with logging and monitoring services (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry)
• Experience of working in a product development team for at least 3 years
• Ability to work in a team, to perceive constructive criticism and other people’s ideas

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices in Go
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Adequately assess the development deadlines and timely signal problems that prevent their compliance
• Integrate with AWS cloud services
• Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes
• Work with PostgreSQL databases
• Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NoSQL db
• Familiarity with Node.js and Python
