Senior DevOps Engineer

Requirements

• 4+ years of previous experience
• AWS Professional Certifications preferred
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with automation tools (Jenkins, Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Terraform, Vault, etc.)
• Solid understanding of architectural principles and strong system design for micro-services and micro-front-ends
• Strong system debugging skills and the ability to aid in scale/performance roadmaps
• Experience in a variety of database types such as Relational, NoSQL, etc

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Manage and maintain our Kubernetes infrastructure
• Collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement Kubernetes best practices
• Design, build, and optimize the technology stack from continuous integration to deployment
• Develop and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines needed to automate testing and deployment of all production software components as part of a fast-paced, agile Engineering team
• Fine-tune our alerting/monitoring tools and processes
• Make hardware and software expansion recommendations
• Work with team members to deliver new features to customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work autonomously to solve critical business problems
