Senior DevOps Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• 3-4 years of DevOps/SRE/development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Understanding of DevOps best practices and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Ability to drive a project from concept to release
• Experience with cloud computing providers such as GCP or AWS
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Kubernetes Operators and modern API Gateways, such as Kong or NGINX
• Experience in Go or a similar programming language
• Drive for Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu, along with automation using Atlantis, Terraform Cloud, or similar solutions
• Experience with scaling CI/CD platforms, such as Github Actions and ArgoCD, with an emphasis on engineer satisfaction
• Experience maintaining high availability and/or high traffic production web environments

Responsibilities

• Enhance engineer’s experience by implementing new features for our internal platforms
• Find and solve problems to improve processes
• Drive innovative technical solutions while adhering to iterative principles
• Collaborate with project leads and other software engineers across multiple teams
• Use your voice and apply your technical skills to solve real-world problems
• Participate in a team on-call rotation
