Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies
- Proficiency in website development and management tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and email marketing best practices
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth and user experience
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing websites for business outcomes with Product-Led Growth/SaaS organizations
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, SEO platforms, and marketing automation software
Responsibilities
- Optimizing and Directing Digital Experiences
- Managing the main website and Support/Community Site to ensure seamless user experiences by collaborating with the Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams
- Working with our web developer to translate business needs into a digital experience
- Expanding and Executing Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Leading SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and web leads
- Conducting A/B testing to refine digital campaigns and improve site conversions
- Supporting Marketing Automation and Email Campaigns
- Partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management & Marketing Ops to design and execute nurturing, client engagement, and cross-sell campaigns using automation tools
- Managing our weekly and monthly recurring email series to inform and inspire our followers, driving brand loyalty and product feature adoption
- Creating Custom Landing Pages for ABM Efforts
- Designing and deploying high-impact landing pages tailored for account-based or program-based marketing campaigns
- Collaborating on messaging and creative to ensure alignment with key personas
- Leveraging Analytics and Insights
- In partnership with Marketing Operations, enable tracking and analyzing performance data to inform decisions and improve ROI
- Driving actionable insights to support internal teams in achieving digital and business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech or related industries
- Familiarity with ABM campaigns and AI tools for education
- Light website development skills
