Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• BS or equivalent in accounting or finance
• CPA
• Strong technical US GAAP knowledge with depth in revenue recognition
• Experience with order to cash or revenue recognition functions at complex and multi-national publicly-traded companies

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to Axon's sales teams and a broad set of key business stakeholders
• Drive policy governance, robust internal controls, timely and accurate US GAAP accounting and reporting process
• Integrate new businesses and operations
• Oversee and drive analysis and diagnosis of KPI and productivity metrics to optimize operational results over time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data transformation to deliver faster and richer insights
• Lead certain strategic Controllership M&A integration, including process and system integration
• Support ad hoc Controllership projects that arise due to our rapid growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in connected devices and software
• Prior experience in process transformation
