Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly within CSP sales environments with demonstrable metric-driven focus
  • In-depth understanding of the voice landscape and the ability to tailor sales strategies accordingly
  • Comfort in managing to a defined Sales Methodology such as MEDDPICC
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading teams to success
  • Exceptional communication, management, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operations and team dynamics
  • Experience in working collaboratively with other departments to align business goals and customer needs
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or a similar role, with a focus on CSP sales

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of CSP Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve business objectives
  • Employ a metric-driven approach to pipeline management, providing tactical and strategic support for team for managing outbound and inbound pipeline acceleration and optimization
  • Ensure that the team is appropriately inputting and managing new opportunities according to Management guidelines. Salesforce hygiene and the resulting forecast accuracy is a critical component of this role
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and go-to-market plans targeting existing and prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while delivering value through products and services
  • Drive revenue generation and market share expansion within the Enterprise segment by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maximizing existing client relationships
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategy adjustments. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
  • Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
