Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within high-growth SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise technology companies
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed quota and pipeline targets
  • Deep expertise in mid-market and enterprise sales motions, with the ability to drive complex, multi-threaded deals
  • Experience with pipeline generation strategies and driving 4x coverage models
  • Strong operational discipline around forecasting, CRM utilization (Salesforce preferred), and data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated success driving go-to-market transformation initiatives and building cross-regional or national programs
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, collaboration, and executive presence skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales strategy, execution, and revenue performance for the West MME region
  • Lead a team of Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives across key verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and Technology
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain top sales talent, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture
  • Deliver against pipeline generation targets, bookings, and net new revenue goals, aligned to regional quotas and national KPIs
  • Serve as a national MME leadership team coordinator, helping drive execution consistency across all MME regions
  • Champion pipeline health, vertical strategy execution, sales process discipline, and multi-product selling (UCaaS, CCaaS, AI)
  • Partner directly with the Head of Sales to identify gaps, remove barriers, and drive continuous improvement across the North American MME sales organization
  • Lead local and regional go-to-market planning, ensuring deep alignment with Channel, Alliances, Marketing, and Sales Engineering
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive large, strategic wins that advance the Vonage brand
  • Forecast accurately and maintain operational excellence through disciplined CRM usage and data-driven sales management
