Requirements

• 10+ years in international and domestic supply chain roles, particularly in US imports and domestic logistics
• Experience with high-volume environments that require fast decision-making and effective communication
• Expertise in contract negotiations, especially with ocean freight, NVOCC, inland carriers, and domestic transportation providers
• Strong understanding of import compliance and trade programs
• Data-oriented with proven experience in using data to inform supply chain decisions

Responsibilities

• Take charge of end-to-end management of both international and domestic inbound shipments, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation from purchase order to warehouse delivery
• Oversee all aspects of domestic inbound transportation, including vendor management, carrier partnerships, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet operational needs
• Manage all facets of international inbound transportation, from ocean freight to customs compliance and inbound profit and loss
• Design, lead, and implement strategies to improve processes and reduce costs for both international and domestic supply chain operations

• Licensed Customs Broker
• Ecommerce experience
