Requirements

• Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, with a proven track record of success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in application of data analysis and statistical modeling to financial forecasts and business cases
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of pricing software, tools and the application of AI/ML

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with overall business priorities to maximize long term gross profit growth
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify pricing opportunities and optimize revenue generation
• Analyze customer segmentation and pricing elasticity to determine optimal pricing structures
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and product development teams to drive alignment on the execution of pricing strategies
• Monitor and analyze pricing performance and make necessary adjustments
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive pricing practices

• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Practiced in the implementation of pricing optimization techniques
