Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in high-growth technology, healthcare or digital health companies
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, corporate finance, FP&A and operational finance
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, business analytics and KPI-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to executives, investors and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with Vida Health’s growth objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and operational efficiency
- Own and enhance financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting processes to provide actionable insights for leadership and investors
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate unit economics, pricing strategies, member engagement metrics and margin levers to drive scalable growth
- Oversee financial reporting, dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely and accurate insights for executive decision-making
- Prepare and present financial results, forecasts and strategic plans to investors and the Board of Directors, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Ensure financial controls, risk mitigation and compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and analytical excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CPA
- Strong knowledge of unit economics, SaaS or subscription-based revenue models and healthcare finance
- Experience leading fundraising, M&A or strategic partnerships
