Requirements

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
  • 15 or more years of experience with the water or related environmental sector
  • Understanding of the regulatory landscape for PFAS, and challenges/solutions associated with: Assessing and identifying sources of PFAS Solutions for managing PFAS Treatment technologies and associated disposal options
  • Ability to lead all aspects of business capture and proposal activities, including teaming, strategy, and win theme development, and coordinating with technical and other internal teams
  • Represent ERG and present at industry conferences
  • Foster and manage client relationships, in coordination with technical staff
  • Identify opportunities for and encourage innovation within the practice area
  • Lead and manage project teams

Responsibilities

  • Working with ERG technical experts to help our clients design and deploy achievable and lasting solutions to public health and environmental challenges associated with regulated and unregulated PFAS
  • Identifying and implementing collaborative opportunities across ERG to present integrated solutions to federal and state clients
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the water sector on new and emerging water quality and public health challenges and opportunities
  • Monitoring business opportunities
  • Leading and mentoring staff supporting our technical and proposal development activities
