Requirements
- 3+ years of eCommerce Marketing experience
- 2+ years of Facebook Advertising experience
- Proven track record of strong Facebook Ad Account Results & Experience Managing $20k+/month Ad Budgets
- Strong Analytics skills, using Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent Organization, Productivity and Prioritization skills
- Elite communication skills - both written and verbal
- Team player with focus on clients success
Responsibilities
- Onboarding, planning, documentation and presentation of strategies for your clients
- Complete ownership of the accountâs Creative Strategy
- Youâll do this via thoughtful ad planning, research, analysis, ideation, testing, optimizing and profitable scaling of your clientâs ad spend
- Producing persuasive ad experiences
- Managing clientsâ ad budget(s)
- A strong understanding of your brandâs financials & economics
- Project management of any additional assets that may need production
- Confidence as the agencyâs front-facing role, managing the overall client relationship
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities for a client
- Preparing and present regular reporting for the client on a monthly basis
- Always staying up to date on the Paid Social Advertising industry
- Working within an agile scrum environment to plan, prioritize and execute on client work within a stable, balanced workload and time frame
- Sharing your teamâs work - whatâs worked, not worked, and why - to support a collaborative learning environment
- Following and Contributing to Right Hookâs ad account best practice structures, testing rules and playbooks
- Leading and Managing your âTeam Podâ
- Work with the Department Heads in improving processes and the overall performance of your team unit
- A willingness to humbly hold yourself accountable for all aspects of your client accounts - wins and mistakes

- Solid base salary of $85k - $95k (based on experience/track record - OTE $100k-$130k+ after commissions and performance bonuses...there is no ceiling) with solid bonus structure rewarding performance and account growth, plus accompanying commission structure for cross-selling of additional services
