Summary

Requirements

  • 8+ years of practical hands-on expertise in Microsoft solutions supporting all-level clients in diverse IT service environments

Responsibilities

  • Maintain expert-level architect knowledge of the following
  • Azure Tenancy
  • Exchange On Prem >> Exchange Online
  • Internet Mail Flow
  • Email Security Principles
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Identity & Access Management
  • Microsoft 365 Security Solutions
  • Preferred Migration Experience (M365 Tenant to Tenant and Other Messaging to M365)
  • Provide consultative technical thought leadership for pre-sales activities including workshops, licensing analysis, technology roadmap development while advising clients to make informed decisions
  • Continuous evaluation, development and deployment of migration methodologies and processes to refine/define approaches to existing and new work product offerings
  • Deliver high quality work in both large-scale project environments and smaller, single staffed engagement models
  • Manage escalation internally to ensure appropriate servicing of client needs
  • Understand client requirements and business objectives
  • Assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments and purchases
  • Design IT systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality
  • Support new technology implementation
  • Train technical staff on new and existing IT systems
  • Produce detailed-level technology plans and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enterprise level Exchange architecture and design migration experience a preferred
  • Experience with Third-Party migration tools is a plus (Quest tools, Binary Tree, BitTitan, etc)
  • Professional certifications (e.g. MCSE) are an asset
