Senior Engineer

Join Keylane as a Senior Microsoft Engineer and become a vital member of our 18-person IT team, maintaining a virtual private cloud environment for our SaaS applications. You will support an IT infrastructure serving 35 major clients in the pension and insurance sectors. This role involves leading automation of daily maintenance tasks, overseeing the Microsoft Azure segment, managing security and compliance, and collaborating with colleagues. Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in SCCM, PowerShell, and a deep understanding of Microsoft products
• Extensive experience with network infrastructure, hardening, audits, and ensuring compliance with security regulations
• Proficient in Windows Server (2012 and up), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SQL, and a huge pre is experience with monitoring tools such as CheckMK, Nagstamon, and Elastic
• Skilled in utilizing vulnerability scanners like Tenable Security Center to identify and mitigate security risks
• Fluent in English, with the ability to advocate for your professional opinions and ideas

Responsibilities

• Lead the automation of daily maintenance tasks, such as server backups, system updates, and network monitoring, to free up time for platform enhancements
• Oversee the Microsoft Azure segment of our hosting platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Manage security and compliance tools to maintain a secure, logged, and monitored environment
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to streamline work processes and drive continuous improvement
• Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Azure, PowerShell scripting, and security best practices to contribute to our technical success

Fluent in Dutch is very much appreciated, but certainly not mandatory

• A monthly gross salary between € 4.500 and € 6.300 based on 40 hours per week
• 8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary
