Summary

Join TrueML, a mission-driven financial software company, as a Senior Software Engineer for a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in migrating critical systems from a Microsoft-based Data Center to AWS native workflows. This involves supporting the conversion of existing systems, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft server stacks and ETL technologies. Experience with AWS conversions and a passion for building high-quality software are essential. Proficiency in .NET and/or C# for developing services or APIs is highly desirable. Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development
  • Have expertise in Microsoft server stacks
  • Have a background working with ETL technologies
  • Be familiar with AWS conversions
  • Have understanding of ETL concepts
  • Have experience in SSIS development
  • Have experience with SQL Server and database management
  • Have the ability to understand complex SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Have knowledge of AWS Glue and Step Functions
  • Have Python, Go, and / or C# knowledge
  • Have 4-6 total years of software development experience
  • Have experience in building ETL workflows in AWS
  • Have experience in SSIS development and deployment
  • Have experience with complex SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Have experience developing applications in Python or Go
  • Have experience in understanding existing code

Responsibilities

  • Support the conversion of critical systems from a Microsoft based Data Center to AWS native workflows
  • Leverage expertise in Microsoft server stacks and ETL technologies
  • Build high-quality, robust software
  • Develop services or APIs with .NET and/or C#

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience building C# applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-side counterparts
  • Have experience with Snowflake
  • Have AWS toolkit experience, RDS, Secrets Manager, Networking, etc
