Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Have 10+ years of work experience
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Possess experience in Frontend development - Typescript, React, Redux, Vite, Jest, Playwright
- Have experience building web applications with role-based access control, preferably with Okta
- Possess experience in Testing - accessibility testing and frontend automation testing, using tools such as Axe and Playwright
- Have experience with AWS services - Fargate/ECS, RDS, CloudWatch, Cognito
- Have experience with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Docker
- Have experience with Agile development methodologies and tools - GitHub, Jira, Confluence
- Be a U.S. citizen or have legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Have been living in the US for at least the past 3 years
- Be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust
Responsibilities

- UI Design and Development: Design and develop user interfaces, informed by UX designs that meet customer needs
- Accessibility: Understand user accessibility needs, assessment and validation tools, and 508 compliance. Review and resolve accessibility report findings
- Development Experience: Apply all phases of the SDLC to products and components to deliver, monitor, and maintain solutions that are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teammates, external teams, and client stakeholders to ensure products align with user needs and overall objectives. Provide development insights during planning and problem-solving discussions
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of related products to assist our team and stakeholders
- Security Implementation: Implement and continuously monitor robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems from unauthorized access and threats, following industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and techniques, driving innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices that bring value to our customers
- Implement Automation: Automate repetitive tasks within the SDLC, including code integration, testing, security, and deployment
Preferred Qualifications
- Have familiarity with HL7 FHIR
- Have experience identifying and implementing test cases for unit and integration testing, with a focus on automation
- Have backend development experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Maven, OpenAPI/Swagger
