Summary

The job is for a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager at ThousandEyes (now part of Cisco) to lead the FedRAMP SRE team, focusing on infrastructure and operations in the Federal region. The role requires experience building and supporting critical services with focus on automation, availability, and performance, as well as experience in FedRAMP environments.

Requirements

• You have led a team of 4+ engineers
• You have a total of 7+ years of experience building and supporting critical services with focus on automation, availability, and performance
• Experience building and/or operating FedRAMP environments
• Experience identifying and analyzing cyber security risks
• Strong understanding of the FedRAMP framework, its controls, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with security best practices, vulnerability management, and incident response processes

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a talented SRE team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
• Drive the strategic vision for build, implementation, and management of FedRAMP-compliant infrastructure and systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and security to define and implement FedRAMP-compliant processes and strategies
• Provide oversight and direction for how ThousandEyes approaches the continuous monitoring, logging, and auditing of systems to ensure compliance with FedRAMP controls
