Senior Engineering Manager, MLOps

Requirements

• PhD or MSc degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science)
• 5+ years of experience in formal management roles with at least 3 direct reports
• Track record of successful integration of AI/ML initiatives into product portfolio
• 10+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering including demonstrated experience in MLOps
• Excellent mentoring skills and accountability for high quality and timely delivery of the initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented and collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Lead our Engineering team with the focus on quality, delivery, and adoption of technology and AI within the organization
• Lead by example on AI solution integration and MLOps, and drive decisions at technical level
• Promote best practices in MLOps and mentoring team members
• Partnering with tech and product leaders across the EV organisation
• Stay on top of technology trends in the area of, but not limited to, AI and apply this knowledge to the key challenges ahead of EcoVadis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging the Azure stack (e.g., Azure cloud, Azure ML, Azure Data Factory) and Databricks to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration in the development of AI-powered products and services (e.g., Engineers, Product Managers)
• Contribution to open source software development
