Senior Epic HB/PB Analyst

Summary

Join Pivot Point Consulting as a Senior Epic HB/PB Analyst and leverage your expertise in configuring, managing, and supporting clinical applications within the Epic EHR software. You will be responsible for handling support and maintenance tickets, performing routine builds, participating in on-call rotations, and contributing to special projects, including Epic upgrades. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of healthcare experience, and proficiency in healthcare information systems. While located in-office, a hybrid/remote option may be considered. The position involves frequent sitting, walking, and repetitive motion, with occasional standing and bending. Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrate proficiency in healthcare policies, procedures and information systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analyst for Epic maintenance, build, and configuration
• Manage client trouble tickets and requests, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution
• Lead application build for Epic upgrades and handle Nova Note Review and Build
• Implement testing procedures and support go-live activities in a command center setting
• Proactively identify areas for improvement, mentor junior analysts, and foster strong client and peer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Possess Epic, ITIL, PMP certifications
