Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in tradeshow/event management
  • 5 years’ experience writing promotional copy, managing events, planning. and executing campaigns and providing content for social media, blogs, emails and websites
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Experience managing social media channels
  • Ability to travel 50%-60%

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end tradeshow and conference logistics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align events with marketing objectives
  • Handle event budgets, shipping logistics, venue sourcing, and vendor management. including booths and supporting marketing materials
  • Oversee social media engagement during events
  • Manage pre and post show communication plans that drive customer engagement and sales nurturing as part of the overall marketing strategy
  • Create post-show reports to assess effectiveness
  • Ensure brand standards are being consistently and uniformly applied in all event and marketing communication activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Some experience with executing Marcom in B2B & B2C
  • Both corporate and agency experience
  • Excellent business writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organizational and project planning skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate collaboratively Strong project management skills
