Senior Financial Accountant

Join our finance team as a Senior Financial Accountant and take charge of critical financial functions, including accounts receivable, payment processing, collections management, and financial reporting. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
• CPA certification or candidate
• 2+ years of experience in financial audit experience preferably in a Big Four Accounting firm
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports in compliance with US GAAP
• Assist in the month-end accounting close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Generate financial statements and reports for management review
• Assist in consolidating financial data from various sources
• Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients
• Oversee processing of incoming payments, including credit card payments and electronic funds transfers
• Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor accounts receivable aging
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities
• Build and establish financial controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Implement advanced revenue recognition processes in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management Module
• Develop and optimize revenue recognition practices to support our rapid growth and evolving business needs
