Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Summary

Join Procore as a Senior Financial Analyst of Go-To-Market FP&A and partner with global Sales, Services, Success, and Marketing teams. You will build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analyses to inform strategic decisions. Monitor budget progress, assess risks and opportunities, and champion the month-end close process. Collaborate with peers to enhance reporting and processes. Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and consolidation. This role reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A and can be performed remotely from any US location.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity
• Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software is required
• Experience with Financial Management systems, such as Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion, Intacct Netsuite, Coupa, etc
• Experience performing in-depth financial analysis and presenting findings to key stakeholders and business leaders
• Attention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high quality work product
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an understanding of how to synthesize details depending on the audience
• Hungry, yet humble, remaining passionate for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Values-oriented and approaches work with an open and optimistic attitude

Responsibilities

• Be a fantastic partner to your colleagues within Finance and the Go-To-Market teams
• Build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analysis that empowers our business leaders and executives to make strategic decisions
• Monitor progress against budgets and assess risks and opportunities to ensure business partners have visibility into expense trends
• Champion month end close process, including headcount management/reconciliation, accrual validation, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with FP&A Corporate and Business Partner peers to enhance existing reporting and processes to uplevel the overall team product and brand
• Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and consolidation shared with Finance and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Public company and SaaS experience supporting Sales/Marketing is preferred
