You'll collaborate on projects aimed at improving Generative AI's ability to handle specialized questions and complex reasoning. Responsibilities include creating and refining financial content, acquiring and assessing expert candidates, moderating Discord chats, and auditing expert work. This fully remote, freelance role offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects while enhancing your portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree or PhD in finance or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant professional experience and advanced English proficiency.

Requirements

• Have a Master’s Degree or PhD in finance and/or in relevant area
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience in Financial Forecasting, Risk Management, International Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Mathematical Finance, Public Finance, Behavioral Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, Finance Technology, Algorithmic Trading
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
• Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes deal with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across a variety of topics in Finance, while also developing references and examples of tasks
• Conduct interviews and assess the qualification tests of expert candidates in Finance, ensuring their competency
• Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, especially those related to project guidelines or your domain expertise
• Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring they align with project guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify domain-related information, and edit content as necessary to improve quality
