Senior Flutter Developer

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Flutter Developer and contribute to the development of a Patient Monitoring Platform. We are looking for a talented Dart/Flutter Developer with 5+ years of native Android development experience and at least 3 years using Flutter. You will develop and maintain mobile and server applications, work within a full-stack Dart ecosystem, and define a technical roadmap for future improvements. Collaboration with product managers and medical experts is crucial. Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in native Android development, with at least 3 years using Flutter
• Dart proficiency, particularly in multi-platform monorepo setups
• Strong grasp of software architecture principles: SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, KISS, Atomic Design, and Clean Architecture
• Experience with BLoC, Drift, gRPC, protobuf, SQLite, Postgres, and CustomPaint
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Startup-to-scaleup mindset – adaptability, problem-solving ability, and comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile and server applications written in Dart
• Work within a Full Stack Dart ecosystem, including mobile apps, Linux-based server applications, and desktop tools
• Define and implement a technical roadmap for future improvements
• Collaborate with product managers and medical experts to create impactful solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with IEC62304 (healthcare software standards)
