Senior Flutter Engineer

Summary

Bjak is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to lead the development of their mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Flutter and mobile app development, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality, scalable applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in Flutter development
• Strong understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Proven experience in writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies and debugging tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced Flutter applications for both iOS and Android
• Architect, design, and implement new features and maintain existing ones
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and code reviews
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best tools and practices
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data science and custom API development
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role
