Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 4 years using Flutter and Dart
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver production-grade applications
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns and testing strategies
- Experience with state management using Flutter bloc
- Experience with backend integration and CI/CD pipelines, as well as strong documentation practices
- Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Navigates ambiguity with ease
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced, multi-project setting
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robust and maintainable Flutter applications
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define solutions and ensure delivery aligns with business goals
- Balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and proactive problem-solving within the team
- Mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to knowledge sharing both internally and outside of the organization
