Based remotely in the Calgary Metropolitan Area, you will champion our mission by building strong partnerships with Alberta food businesses to acquire and retain a diverse food donor network. This role demands extensive travel across Alberta, close collaboration with operations and logistics teams, and a commitment to optimizing donation processes. You will identify and engage potential donors, boost donation quality, and ensure seamless food movement between donors and our non-profit network. Responsibilities

• Expand Our Network: Identify and engage potential food donors through proactive networking, cold calls, and dynamic presentations to turn leads into lasting partnerships
• Boost Donation Quality: Recruit and re-energize both existing and lapsed donors, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality surplus food
• Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize donation processes and support impactful, large-volume food rescue initiatives
• Enhance Supply Assurance: Optimize rescued food delivery by leveraging our in-house and third-party fleets alongside the Second Harvest Food Rescue App, ensuring seamless end-to-end movement between donors and non-profit network
• Innovate and Adapt: Monitor outreach success, gather donor feedback, and fine-tune strategies to maximize community impact
