Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Have 3 or more years of experience in FP&A
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and reasoning skills
  • Have knowledge of ERP, BI, and accounting systems
  • Possess attention to detail
  • Possess the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience working in fast-paced environments and the ability to manage workload even during times of stress or escalated activity

Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out budget procedures for multiple business units, including monthly monitoring of department expenditures and revenues; communicate monitoring status to management; review and make recommendations on business unit and department budget proposals; review business unit and department performance measures
  • Be involved in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Analyze financial and operational results to understand Company performance. This includes monitoring actual results versus planned and identifying and interpreting significant fluctuations
  • Utilize BI tools to produce meaningful insights into business performance
  • Assist with preparing financial packages on a monthly basis, incorporating analysis of actuals against budget, an ongoing rolling forecast model, and performance insight based on data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, and Domo
  • Have experience with Process design and development, system implementation, and systems integration
